Owner Financed Land
We understand how tough it is to secure financing for undeveloped land. We also understand that dealing with banks can be exasperating, time-consuming, and costly. We offer Owner Financing on all of our houses as a result of these factors. There are no banks, credit checks, fees, or other delays.
We provide all buyers owner financing at 7% interest with no prepayment penalty on all properties.
A cash or financed sale has the same purchasing price. Simply choose your preferred option for the property of your choosing. Please let us know if the financing alternatives provided don’t fit your budget, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
If you opt to use Owner Financing, you will sign a Mortgage at your closing, which will be recorded with your Deed in the county where your property is located. You pay us your monthly mortgage payments (we don’t sell your mortgage), and you can do so by check, cash, money order, debit or credit card, online, or over the phone.
We’ll even take trades for down payments or mortgage payments. We will record a Satisfaction of Mortgage freeing the Mortgage from your property once the property is paid in full. We make every effort to keep the procedure as straightforward as possible.
How Lots of Land Financing Works:

- Simply sign and send back to us
- We will record your documents with County Clerk
- Make your monthly mortgage payments by credit or debit card, check, cash or trade, and we’ll record a Satisfaction of Mortgage when you’re paid in full.
